​We provide a 7-day exchange policy, allowing you to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To start an exchange, please reach out to us at homie.tap@gmail.com. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will promptly address and resolve the issue.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged, such as custom-made products, special orders, or personalized items. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
